Building Project

Construction Phase

The construction process started in April 2025 with early site eanbling, followed by the Geothermal well drilling and construction of the community wing. Construction of the community wing along with parking and access road to that building will be completed in December 2026.

Geothermal well drilling started in early July and finished in October. To date, all 150 wells have been drilled, grouted, completed and tested. The crew is now installing the lateral piping from the well field to the ne building.

The prep work for footings and foundation for the new Community Wing building started in late August and concrete pours started in September. Steel was then started in October and will run through the end of 2025.

PROJECT UPDATES

Construction Documents - Module 7

The High School project has now finished Design Development, and are moving forward with Construction Documentation and Bidding. The District and its team continue to advance the project and the MSBA continues to monitor the project to ensure it remains on track and meets the expectation of both the District and the MSBA as defined in the Project Funding Agreement. The project team, leadership group and design team are now generating construction documents which are reviewed at each stage by the MSBA as prescribed in their 7 Module process.
