Construction Phase
The construction process will begin with early site enabling in April 2025, followed by the Geothermal well drilling and construction of the community wing. Construction of the community wing along with parking and access road to that building will be completed in December 2026.

PREQUALIFICATION SUBCOMMITTEE
Subcommittee Responsibilities:
- LeftField works with BidDocs to gather and score Trade Contractor Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
- LeftField provides evaluation matrix to Prequalification Subcommittee to review and as a group determine whether each Trade Contractor is qualified to bid on the project
- Prequalification Subcommittee to continue through each of the prequalification packages
