Building Project

Construction Phase

The construction process will begin with early site enabling in April 2025, followed by the Geothermal well drilling and construction of the community wing. Construction of the community wing along with parking and access road to that building will be completed in December 2026.

  • May 15 ERP #2 RFB Documents Issued for Bidding

  • April 24 Trade RFQ #2 Published

PREQUALIFICATION SUBCOMMITTEE

Subcommittee Responsibilities:

  • LeftField works with BidDocs to gather and score Trade Contractor Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
  • LeftField provides evaluation matrix to Prequalification Subcommittee to review and as a group determine whether each Trade Contractor is qualified to bid on the project
  • Prequalification Subcommittee to continue through each of the prequalification packages

PROJECT UPDATES

Construction Documents - Module 7

The High School project has now finished Design Development, and are moving forward with Construction Documentation and Bidding. The District and its team continue to advance the project and the MSBA continues to monitor the project to ensure it remains on track and meets the expectation of both the District and the MSBA as defined in the Project Funding Agreement. The project team, leadership group and design team are now generating construction documents which are reviewed at each stage by the MSBA as prescribed in their 7 Module process.
